A leader is not a leader unless he has followers...... and a title doesn&#039;t necessarily bestow followers upon anyone.  What you&#039;ve explained here is &quot;The Secret&quot;...... different from the book by the same name - but much more significant.  Anyone, and I mean anyone, can be a leader if they chose to put the effort and committment into &#039;leading up&#039; and building influence.  You continue to rock, dude.</description>
