This has been a busy week for me. We have staff retreat tomorrow through Friday, we are having network issues, I have had to reload my machine, I am moving offices, etc. With so much stuff going on I find myself right now having a hard time centering. I am about to spend a couple of minutes collecting my thoughts, and my notes which are spread out across five notepads, so that I can meditate and pray on how to tackle the rest of the week. I am trying to avoid a panic attack. I have written everything out, prioritized, and written steps for achievement. I am feeling good.
How do you deal with stress? What do you do to step back and evaluate where you are at and how to accomplish your tasks?
